We accept orders by telephone, email or via our website. 


Delivery / Collection

All prices stated on this site exclude carriage, which is added at the end of the order. If your order exceeds £175.00, then you are entitled to free UK mainland delivery, Geographical restrictions can apply.

Delivery charges next day - please enquire 01752-771109.

Free next day collection from our Plymouth office available (9.00-5.00) pm Monday-Friday on un-personalied orders only.

5 - 7 working days for all personalised orders.

2-3  working days panic service available-please enquire.


Returns policy

You may return any undecorated or school uniform item bought from us within 14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and unworn.If we do not receive it back within this time we will be unable to give you a refund/exchange.

We cannot accept returns for other items if a product/s are not required due to the buyers error. For example, wrong sizing, colour, type etc.

We cannot accept returns if they are already personalised, unless the product itself is faulty.

We shall only accept returns due to our error, or for example, incorrect personalisation, or a faulty garment.


Loss or damage in transit

All shortages, damage or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed by in writing within 3 working days of despatch.

VAT is included on prices listed on this website, unless otherwise stated.  All prices listed on this website are per garment / item unless otherwise stated. All prices and colours are correct at the present time and are subject to change without notice.
